So how does it work?
Over five sessions (including the Pre-Talk Consultation) Jon takes you through the process of having a gastric band fitted in your mind. By using powerful suggestion and visualisation your mind will be convinced that your stomach has become smaller and that you need less food. By eating less and less often you will begin to lose weight. The process uses hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques to help you achieve your ideal weight - and stay there! Each session in the Hypno-Band system lasts for one hour and before beginning the process a full assessment will be carried out.

Does it involve surgery?
No! the HYPNO-BAND system is a non-invasive behaviour changing method using the techniques of hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Does it hurt?
On the contrary. The HYPNO-BAND procedure is extremely relaxing and pleasurable.
Are there side effects? No. There are no side effects associated with undergoing this procedure.

So it's safe?

Will I be under the hypnotherapists control?

Why do you carry out a five session programme where other therapists often use four Sessions?
I am an experienced practitioner in a technique called Changing Limiting Beliefs and I feel that the incorporation of CLB into the sessions will further explain how your mind works. You will be taught to focus on "what you want to happen" in your life rather than fearing "what MIGHT happen" then you will be even more in control of not just your eating habits but also ANY emotional issues. This session would usually cost £75 on its own per session but I include it within my price for the Hypno-Band Surgery.
